我们的组织：双体制与多元化的生命基因和成长元素。
    中华爱心基金会（CKF）属非牟利性社团组织，由中国共青团中央等若干中央单位倡导发起，经中国国家领导人同意，鉴于面向世界华人的工作需要在香港设立，并根据香港《社团条例》（第151章）规定，在香港警署注册。中华爱心基金会（CKF）在全球诸多国家和地区设立了分支机构或联络部门。中华爱心基金会（CKF）还根据中国《基金会管理条例》规定，经中国政府批准，在中国内地设立中华爱心基金会北京代表处(CKFBJ)，其登记管理机关是中国民政部，其业务主管机关是中国国家民委。

    一方面，CKF设立在法制环境优良、国际化程度极高、地处大中华区域最方便中心位置的香港，使得CKF能够较好地发挥纯粹民间团体和独立于政府与企业之间的“第三部门”的作用，能够便捷顺畅地与全世界华人交流、沟通，给爱心事业争取到极大的发展时空。另一方面，鉴于服务于中国内地的宗旨和实际上绝大部分业务机会也产生在中国内地的现实，CKF在中国北京设立代表机构。中国北京的代表机构接受中国国务院有关部委的管理，拥有雄厚的中国党政群团的支持背景资源，使得本会便于抓住适合目前中国国情的诸多工作机遇。总之，CKF享有“一国两制”政策下的双体制与多元化生命基因和成长元素，因而理应发展得快一点、贡献得大一些。

    爱心超越国度、种族、阶层、信仰，成为人类文明的永恒主题。爱心更是中华民族的传统美德。爱人类，爱和平，爱自然，爱生活……爱我中华。爱的领地如此广袤，爱的境界如此高远，爱的意义如此重大。爱心是公益事业的内核；爱心是慈善行动的基础.CKF透过开展相关系列活动，鼎力发掘、研究、弘扬优秀的“中华爱心文化”，从而激励、帮助世界华人在促进人类文明和振兴中华的伟大事业中，再接再励地奉献爱心，永无休止地建功立业。奉行以人为本，构建和谐社会。

我们的服务：公益救助工作、公益会展活动、公益设施建设。
    公益救助工作几乎是所有基金会组织的传统业务，CKF于其中与时俱进地推出公益评估项目。公益评估系统包括事前立项评估和事后成效评估。事前评估有利于克服公益投入的盲目性，防止重复投入和低效投入；也有助于扼制公益领域的腐败现象；在科学分析的指引下把善款用足、用好。事后评估起到反省投入、评价业绩和明鉴未来的作用。CKF公益救助工作的中长期的代表项目是与美国VIT公司合作的“ELAD依赖爱心----重肝患者救助专项基金”、组织中国上海大学生志愿者去帮助农民工子女的“千予千愿”活动和在中国辽宁省进行的棚户区危房改造工程等。

    公益会展活动目的在于采取市场化手段、运用商业化工具，给公益事业构建一个经常性的规范化的顺畅自如的“交易”平台，从而把公益事业从临时性的不规则的大量超负荷社会活动中解放出来。CKF公益会展活动的代表项目是经中国国务院台湾事务办公室、中国国家民委批准举办的“海峡两岸各民族公益慈善论坛”、“中华爱心文化论坛”和“世界华人慈善家大会”等。

    公益设施建设是CKF鉴于中国内地公益设施匮乏而推出的独特项目。CKF在孙中山先生故里中国广东省中山市开发建设的中华爱心园、在中国江苏省昆山市花桥商务城开发建设的国际基金会项目机构总部基地、在中国四川省成都市开发建设的中国宇航文化创意园等，都是CKF公益设施建设的经典案例。

我们的三个第一：
    第一家把“中华爱心”提升至文化与理论的层面，并系统地加以研究认识和发掘弘扬的国际化基金会；第一个提出“服务公益”新概念，全面构建公益评估、公益会展、公益纪念等特色服务平台的创新型基金会；第一批在中国内地获得中国政府批准的涉外基金会，驻中国内地机构的业务主管机关为中国国家民委、登记管理机关为中国民政部。

The organization: a double system with multiple growth elements.
China Kind Fund is a non-profit association initiated by the Central Committee of Chinese Communist Youth League and several organizations of the Chinese central government, and is approved by top state leader.It has been set up in Hong Kong to meet the need of serving Chinese people all over the world and officially registered at Hong Kong Police Bureau according to Chapter 151 of the “Regulations for Associations in Hong Kong”.China Kind Fund also has branches and divisions in a number of countries and regions in the world. According to "Regulations for fund Management" made by Chinese government, and approved by the Chinese government as well, Its Beijing Representative Office in the mainland is registered in the Chinese Ministry of Civil Affairs under the charge of China State Nationalities Affairs Commission.

Firstly CKF is based in Hong Kong, the special administrative district of PRC with fine legal system and high degree of international environment, in a central location convenient for transport. This enables CKF to play a role as “the third department”, which work financially independently from both government and industry and it communicates freely with Chinese all over the world.? Secondly, as most of its activities take place on the mainland, a representative office is located in Beijing under management of the Chinese State Department.? With the support from all the fields of the political parties and associations in China, it makes full use of opportunities for its charity work.? Therefore CKF hopes to grow rapidly with the advantage from the “One Country, Two Systems” policy and multiple contacts with supportive groups and official bodies.

Our belief: Love knows no bounds.
Love surpasses boundary, race, class and belief-is an eternal theme for a civilized society and the traditional virtue of Chinese nation. Love is at the core of public service and the true basis of charitable organizations. CKF (China Kind Fund) tries, through a variety of activities, to encourage and help Chinese people all over the world to contribute to the creation of a Chinese ideal, a harmonious society.

Our Service:Our services target charity salvation, the construction of people-oriented facilities, forums for discussion and co-operation, and exhibitions to promote people-centred development.
Charity salvation has always been a traditional task for non-government organizations but in addition CKF applies careful evaluation criteria to any of its projects and these include pre-project assessment procedures and post-project measurement to help avoid duplication, mis-direction of efforts and low effectiveness of investment. These controls may also prevent corruption in the financing process and help to provide feedback for future planning.The following illustrate the variety of projects in hand. One of CKF's long-term projects, in cooperation with VIT, and American company, is 'ELAD? a fund for helping severe liver cases'. A second example: CKF will organize college volunteers in Shanghai to help the children of peasant farmers to realize their full potential. Yet again CKF is trying to help renovate temporary accommodation for migrant workers in Liaoning Province.

Charity forums and exhibition activities are performed with the help of efficient business practices so that they can be organized both frequently and smoothly rather than as temporary or irregular events. For example CKF works with China State Council's Taiwan Affairs Office and China Nationalities Affairs Committee to hold regular “Charity Forums of all ethnic groups across the Taiwan Straits”, “Cultural Forums of Chinese Charities” and “Conferences of Worldwide Chinese Philanthropists'.

Money-raising projects for charity facilities construction in mainland China are a necessary concern of CKF. It has invested in “China Kind Garden ”estate project in Zhonshan, Guangdong, the home town of Dr Sun Yat-Sen.? It is also helping to develop the headquarters of the International Foundation at Huanqiao Commercial City in Jiangsu Province.? A further project is the Chinese Aeronautical Exhibition Centre in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, which are typical cases made by CKF.

Our Three Firsts:

CKF is the first international fund in China to combine local culture with international fund experience for its charity activities.? It is also the first fund in China to put “pro-public service first” into action.? It has been developing measures of assessment, holding exhibitions and forums and providing a working platform for charity events.? CKF is one of the first funds approved by the Chinese government to work beyond the mainland.? Its office on the mainland is under the charge of the Chinese State Nationalities Affairs Commission and registered with the Chinese Ministry of Civil Affairs.
